Many of the residents of Staten Island enjoy celebrating the fall season, and Halloween, in a number of ways. Some like to go to a pumpkin patch and take photos, some like to pick a pumpkin to bring home and decorate, and others love to go on the hayrides and tour the corn mazes that are offered at various local farms. Apple picking is another popular fall activity, as apples ripen for picking in the fall.
Here are several different options available for those who love fall activities, both on Staten Island and in other parts of the area, such as Long Island, Brooklyn, and New Jersey.
