STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Insomnia Cookies,, the beloved late-night bakery known for serving warm, fresh-baked cookies until the early morning hours, will celebrate the grand opening of its first-ever Staten Island bakery on Saturday, July 11. Located at 422 Forest Ave., the new bakery marks Insomnia Cookies’ 24th location in New York and 365th bakery nationwide.

 

The Forest Avenue bakery officially opened July 3, bringing Insomnia Cookies’ signature warm cookies, decadent desserts and late-night delivery to Staten Island for the first time. To mark the occasion, Insomnia Cookies will host an all-day in-store grand opening event and late-night celebration baked full of freebies, treats and more.

Here to satisfy sweet cravings day and night, Insomnia Cookies offers in-store ordering, pickup and local delivery. The menu features warm, fresh-baked cookies, Cookies IN Ice Cream, brownies, blondies, brookies, cookie cakes, vegan options and a frequently rotating lineup of limited-time flavors.

The timing couldn’t be sweeter. Guests visiting the bakery can also enjoy Insomnia Cookies’ limited-edition Americana Lineup, featuring Apple Pie, Campfire S’mores made with HERSHEY’S MINI KISSES and Firecracker Classic with Red, White and Blue M&M’S®, available for a limited time while supplies last.
