NEW YORK CITY’S ELECTED MAYOR AND LEGISLATIVE BODY MUST STEP-DOWN, DUE TO GROSS NEGLIGENCE IN THE PERFORMANCE (OR LACK-THEREOF) OF THEIR OBLIGATED DUTIES
HOMEOWNERS FORBIDDEN FROM CONTROLLING THEIR OWN UTILITIES
(IN THEIR HOMES TAKEN-OVER BY SQUATTERS!!)_
(Opinion / Comment)- NEW YORK CITY ,…HAS BECOME A CESSPOOL OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, WITH THEIR “WILD WEST” ALLOWANCES OF SQUATTERS AND ILLEGAL’S, AGAINST THE INNOCENT PEOPLE OF THE CITY!!…THE (ALLEGED) MAYOR ADAMS NEEDS TO APOLOGIZE AND STEP DOWN FROM HIS (UNDESERVED) POSITION AS MAYOR OF THIS NEW “TOMBSTONE” CITY OF THE EAST.
Editor’s note: For context, an article at TownHall clarifies the topic of this opinion:
“New York City homeowners are being pushed to financial limits due to a law that allow squatters to live rent-free. At the same time, the owners are forced to keep paying electricity and maintenance bills for the apartments.Under New York City law, anyone who lives in a home or apartment for at least 30 days can claim squatter’s rights, even if they broke into the property without permission from the owner.
Squatters are taking advantage of New York City laws while homeowners go broke.
Several homeowners told CBS that they would be “arrested instantly” if they were to change the locks, evict the squatters, or turn off necessities such as hot water. They are forced to pay for the upkeep of the homes while squatters, many of whom are illegal immigrants, get to live in them for free.”
Assemblyman Jake Blumencranz has introduced new legislation with the following intention: “Blumencranz’s proposal would push back squatters’ rights from 30 to 45 days and allow police to make arrests for trespassers. These changes will give homeowners more protection from losing their property to squatters and give law enforcement officers the authorization they need to detain violators.” However, the question remains: Should a non-paying trespasser who does not have permission from the owner to be at a residence ever be able to claim that they, in essence, own the property, despite it being owned and titled by someone else? The following opinion clarifies this topic.
WHEN THE “LAW OF THE LAND” FAILS TO PROTECT IT’S CITIZENS, THEN THE CITIZENS NEED TO RE-TAKE BACK ALL THE AUTHORITIES THEY HAD GRANTED THE INCOMPETENT LEADERSHIP!!…IT IS THEIR DUTY & OBLIGATION TO RESTORE CIVILITY BACK INTO A CITY SO OPPRESSED WITH CRIME, THAT THE PEOPLE’S FEARS RISE-UP FASTER EACH DAY,EVEN BEFORE THE SUNRISE OF EACH (DARK) DAY…. THEIR LEGISLATIVE BODY AND THEIR MAYOR HAVE FAILED TO MEET THE VERY MINIMUM & OBLIGATORY STANDARDS, THAT COMES WITH THE APPARENT VISION OF WHAT A CIVILIZED SOCIETY MUST LOOK LIKE.
THE VERY “CORE” OF THE AMERICAN DREAM AND IT’S HOMEOWNERSHIP VALUES HAVE BEEN BLATANTLY STRIPPED AWAY FROM THE CITIZENS OF NYC, BECAUSE OF BLIND AND DELUSIONAL REPRESENTATIVES WHO HAVE CHOSEN TO EXERCISE THEIR (OBSESSIVE),IDEAS AND VISIONS, INSTEAD OF REPRESENTING OR REFLECTING THE NEEDS OF THE PEOPLE!…..THAT’S A PERFORMANCE IN FASCISM,…AND,…NOT THE DUTIES ASSIGNED TO AN ELECTED BODY OF A REPUBLIC!!
…GROSS NEGLIGENCE, BETRAYAL OF DUTY, ABANDONING THEIR OATH & SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE, SHOULD BE BUT A SMALL PART OF THE PROCEEDINGS THAT THE PEOPLE OF NEW YORK MUST BE FILING AGAINST AN ADMINISTRATION & LEGISLATIVE BODY OF CITY COUNCIL-PEOPLE. THE INCOMPETENCE AND INEPTITUDE IS BEYOND ANY REASONABLE AND HUMAN COMPREHENSION….NEW YORK CITY NEEDS A (CLEANSING) BATH!!
