Staten Island’s newest Assemblymember, Asm. Sam Pirozzolo, was sworn in last Sunday at the mid-Island JCC. Local politicians, including Senator Lanza, Cms. Carr and Borelli, local judges, and others were present at the ceremony. Family members, friends, clergymembers, and others were also present. Several speeches were made, along with wonderful performances of the Star Spangled Banner and God Bless America.
