Staten Island’s National Lighthouse Museum New Season Of Boat Tours For 2023 Starts June 4th, With Dates In June Through October


National Lighthouse Museum Summer Boat Tours 2023

The National Lighthouse Museum is coming up on another season of Lighthouse Boat Tours with a brand-new boat, the Seastreak.

The Seastreak, which holds up to 300 passengers and has a beautiful outdoor top deck, will be docking at the Fast Ferry pier by Empire Outlets where there is ample parking, delicious restaurants and cafes, and great shopping options including a Nike Factory Store, Nordstrom Rack, Levi’s Outlet Store and GUESS Factory Store just to name a few.

Take a five-minute walk, and visitors can check out the National Lighthouse Museum (NLM), complimentary with their boat ticket.

This season, the National Lighthouse Museum is partnering with the Staten Island Ferry Hawks by providing discounted baseball tickets that can be purchased as a combo ticket with a boat tour.

Boat tour dates are on Sundays June 4th, July 9th, August 6th, September 10th, and Saturday October 28th. Ferry Hawk games that coincide with a Boat Tour are on July 9th, August 6th, and September 10th, however, Ferry Hawk tickets can be used for any home game this season.

Wade Goria, historian, author, and former professor of International Relations at New York University is the principal lecturer for all NLM Boat Tours, and he will be guiding passengers as they travel through history and time aboard the Seastreak. Themes will include the popular circumnavigation of Staten Island and our Signature Tour through Lower New York Harbor.

Joining the trips this season is a Newark Bay Tour on September 10th which will include a tribute and moment of silence in remembrance of 9/11, and for the Halloween lovers, NLM will have a Halloween themed tour along the Hudson River. Boat Tour tickets are $60 for adults and $40 for children, combo Ferry Hawk and Boat Tour tickets are $75 for adults and $50 for children and can be purchased at Group rates are available for parties of ten or more.
