My office received an overwhelming response to our upcoming event, Breakfast and Hike with Bernie: An Outdoor Town Meeting on Vermont’s Long Trail. We are thrilled to see that so many of you are interested in getting outside and appreciating the beauty of our home state.

In order to protect the trail and keep it safe for hiking, we do have an attendance capacity and we are requiring RSVPs. With less than a week until the hike, some spots have opened up for more interested Vermonters to join us!

After the town meeting, Vermonters of all ages and ability are encouraged and welcome to join me for a hike on Vermont’s Long Trail. In addition to a .25 mile hike on the ADA accessible boardwalk and the 1.5 mile “Barnes Camp
