NYC DOB To Host Event On Staten Island August 12th For Owners Of 1-4 Properties In NYC With Open Summonses

The New York City Department of Buildings is hosting an upcoming event geared towards property owners of 1-4 family homes with open summonses.

Please join us on August 12^th, 2023, from 10 AM – 3 PM, at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex (625 Father Capodanno Blvd, Staten Island, NY 10305). At this event we are offering guidance on:

• Resolving Open Violations, including DOB violations and OATH summonses.
• Resolving Stop Work Orders.
• Construction Project Consultations for Small Properties and Small Businesses.
• Other DOB-related matters, including general guidance about construction and building maintenance regulations.
