Elizabeth Man Arrested, Charged with Distribution of Heroin, Cocaine

An investigation that lasted several months concluded on Tuesday resulting in charges against an Elizabeth man for narcotics distribution.

On Tuesday, July 27, 2023 at about 3:00 p.m. members of the Linden Police Narcotics Bureau executed a search warrant on the 1400 block of Union Street in Linden.

Sean Kelley, 29, of Elizabeth, was arrested inside the home without incident. Quantities of Heroin, cocaine, oxycodone, and other prescription drugs were recovered. Kelley is charged with second-degree distribution of heroin and cocaine within 500 feet of public housing, as well as third-degree possession and distribution of heroin, cocaine, and oxycodone, along with other related charges. He was remanded to the Union County Jail pending a scheduled appearance in Superior Court.

Kelly Winston, 65, and Manning Corbett, 60, both of Linden, were also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a disorderly persons offense. They were released on a summons pending a scheduled appearance in Linden Municipal Court.

“Illegal drug sales like this are destroying people’s lives,” said Police Chief David Hart. “The criminals who flood our streets with this poison don’t care who they hurt; they don’t care about the effect it has on our community. I implore all citizens to come forward and report this kind of criminal activity and help stop these illegal drug sales before more of our friends, neighbors, and loved ones are killed.”

Herion, that should be a real major offense.

As for cocaine, everyone does it (but me). All classes, but it’s OK if you are a member of the elite class. And NO I don’t mean white, I mean the people of every race who rule over you.

    It should be legal.
