Halloween Trick or Streets 2023: Full Lineup Of Programming Announced For 2023 – More Than 100 Participating Streets

NYC DOT COMMISSIONER YDANIS RODRIGUEZ TO ANNOUCE FULL LINEUP OF CITYWIDE TRICK OR STREETS HALLOWEEN PROGRAMMING ALONG MORE THAN 100 NEW YORK CITY STREETS AND PLAZAS

New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) Commissioner Ydanis Rodriguez announces a substantial list of Trick or Streets programming to be enjoyed this coming Halloween

This year, NYC DOT is planning festive Halloween programming and events at 15 premier locations citywide.

NYC coordinates with local partners and other city agencies to make car-free spaces possible. Thanks to the NYC Street Activity Permit Office (SAPO), NYPD, and so many others.
