Limitless Monday: Are Healing Crystals Effective In Themselves, Or Is There Hidden Power Within You?
Limitless Monday – Can healing crystals make you rich and happy?
We are all in search of quick fixes, rapid results, and pleasures without the inevitable pain.
It is fair to say there are few quick fixes without the problem we are seeking to solve reemerging nearly as quickly as it went away. A few examples include diet plans, exercise gadgets, get rich schemes, cigarettes and one night stands.
So what of these healing crystals that more and more people are talking about?
What do they do? Do they work and are they a short-cut to health, wealth and happiness?
Healing crystals are believed by some to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being through their alleged energy properties.
However, scientific evidence supporting their effectiveness is limited, and many claims are based on anecdotal experiences rather than rigorous research.
While some studies explore placebo effects and subjective experiences, mainstream scientific support for crystal healing is generally lacking.
In modern times, the practice has been revived and is often associated with holistic and alternative medicine.
I have been suffering from some discomfort in my lower back for a few months now. I therefore decided to investigate my sleeping options considering the disproportionate amount of time we spend lying down.
After a couple of Google searches, I came across a company that markets itself as providing a unique sleeping experience, their words, not mine.
That unique experience is made possible, according to them, by infusing their mattresses, pillows and even eye masks with what they call bio crystals.
18 healing crystals which are specifically combined to ‘increase bodily energy and improve sleep quality’.
By the way, before you ask, this article is not a cheap plug for their merchandise. I couldn’t care less if you buy one of their overpriced pillows or not.
I thought I would attend an in person demo to see what all the fuss was about.
As I laid flat on their organic mattress ($9,000) with a heated crystal infused pad ($1,700) focused on my lower back, and my head propped up one of their Camel Pillows with two humps ($770), I closed my eyes and tried to relax for a few precious minutes despite the incessant noise from the streets of Midtown Manhattan below.
My attempt at relaxation lasted approximately 3 minutes before my back cramped up and I told the sales rep, “Thank you, but I am done.”
There is no doubt it was a comfortable mattress and pillow. However, the purpose of the visit was to find out more about the healing power of crystals, and 3 minutes wasn’t going to do that.
However, despite never using crystals before, and, based on my research and general common sense, here is my assessment of whether these stones should be used as an ornament on a dusty shelf or put around your neck or under your pillow for the purpose of accumulating wealth and improving your wellbeing.
There are hundreds of recognized types of healing crystals, each with their own purported properties. The two most popular uses of crystals are to help find love and to attract prosperity.
- Affirmations: While holding the Citrine, repeat positive affirmations related to prosperity and abundance. For example, “I am open to receiving abundance in all areas of my life.”
- Placement: Place Citrine in the wealth corner of your home or office, which is the farthest left corner from the entrance. This is based on Feng Shui principles.
- Meditation: Incorporate Citrine into your meditation practice. Focus on your intentions for prosperity while holding the crystal.
- Carry it with you: Keep a small piece of Citrine in your wallet or purse to symbolize wealth flowing into your life.
That stone is constantly on your mind, what is also on your mind is the purpose of the stone and what it represents to you.
You are inevitably going to be constantly thinking about wealth, visualizing yourself wealthy and successful, living it, believing it.
As a result your subconscious mind will be busy figuring out a way of achieving that success. What you think about the most manifests itself into tangible possessions.
This is otherwise known as the Law of Attraction. Whilst there may be no scientific evidence behind the Law of Attraction either, it is an accepted principle among the majority of self-help gurus.
In fact, you can’t get it out of your mind.
When you wake up 7 hours later the solution comes to you as soon as you open your eyes. How did that happen?
Your subconscious mind was working on the solution whilst your conscious mind was taking a break.
My only advice is: don’t set your target too low as there is no limit to what your subconscious mind will manifest for you.

Crystals can heal.
here is also an internal power within us that can heal.
Both aspects of this, and all aspects of healing, arise from G-d.
Very simple.
