Staten Island’s Newest Fidelis Care Branch In Forest & Richmond ShopRite Plaza

Fidelis Care celebrated the opening of its new Staten Island Community Office alongside community-based organization and healthcare provider partners, government officials, and the NYPD 121^st Precinct on October 6. The new location expands access to health insurance assistance, benefits guidance, and local support services for Staten Island residents.

Located at 965 Richmond Avenue in the Forest Promenade Shopping Plaza [where the ShopRite of Forest & Richmond is, who is having an autograph signing on Saturday], the 1,301-square-foot office is conveniently accessible by public transit at the nearby Richmond Avenue/Forest Ave bus stop, making it easier for community members to connect with Fidelis Care representatives for in-person support. [You can take the S48, S59, and S44 from right around the corner, or a short walk will bring you to the stop for the S54 and S57.]

The space serves as a hub for member engagement, educational programming, enrollment assistance, and connections to local health and wellness resources.

Through the new office, Fidelis Care aims to strengthen its presence in the borough and deepen its commitment to meeting residents where they are by providing personalized support and fostering partnerships that help improve health outcomes across the community. The Staten Island location is part of Fidelis Care’s network of more than 30 community offices across New York State dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their health coverage options and access the care and services they need to live healthier lives.
