While age is just a number, good times are forever. ArchCare, the Archdiocese of New York’s healthcare system that every day cares for more than 9,000 seniors, the poor and persons with special needs, hosted a “Spring Fling” dance event for participants of their Staten Island-based PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) Wellness Center.

ArchCare’s PACE at Carmel Richmond allows elders to receive nursing-home level care independently in their own homes while participating in daily socialization and activities at the center.
Here’s what’s happened at the Spring Fling:
- Participants dressed in festive attire for the occasion and be pampered with hair and makeup by ArchCare’s Wellness Center Team;
- Cheerful decorations include balloon garlands and floral arrangements; and
- Local Staten Island Board of Realtors members suited up and hit the dance floor with the PACE participants.
